Nothing smells quite so good as blueberry cobbler baking in the oven! I used a bag of frozen organic blueberries and halved the recipe- we don't need any more cobbler than this :)
It turned out very yummy, and topped with some rGBH free Ben and Jerry's "Fair Trade Certified Vanilla" ice cream, it was delicious. Tee hee.

Oooh! That looks just wonderful! Blueberry anything is one of my very favorites. :) I wish I was closer...I would invite Jenny and myself over for tea and cobbler! ;)

Can I have some, please? It looks luscious! And paired with good vanilla ice cream--yum, yum! (You know, I can never decide if I like whipped cream or ice cream better with cobblers, crisps, and pies. I *think* I tend toward gobs of whipped cream.)
