Autumn

This morning, joyous morning, was quite cool (to me). I was thrilled. Granted, it reached 99 degrees later in the day, but its been months and months since I felt anything even resembling a cool crisp morning. Thanks be to God for the beautiful change in seasons. I know I'll be happy to say goodbye to summer! Here are some of my favorite autumnal quotations-

October's Party

October gave a party;
The leaves by hundreds came -
The Chestnuts, Oaks, and Maples,

The Sunshine spread a carpet,

Miss Weather led the dancing,
