Yeah, us too...it's a shame isn't it? I guess we'll have a Narnia party or something and just stay home. :) hehe, maybe Jenny will wear her costume! :D
I've heard about it too. I won't be seeing it either.
We've been sent some stuff on this too. We will definitely NOT be going to it. Can we come to your Narnia party too, Tilly?
Having read the books, I can assure you that the movie is NOT something you want to see. It's quite disgusting, really. 'His Dark Materials' are sold as children's books, and they most emphatically are not. Not unless you want your 12 year old reading about God being a foolish make-believe and children's souls being ripped from their bodies for pleasure. And that's not the half of it. I'm so glad you posted this Lauren! It has reminded me to do a post about this myself.
I did a post about it. Okay, it's more of a rant.
