Nothing like finishing at the last minute...

I literally finished this moments before we walked out the door! But I finished in enough time to have hubby snap this quick "action shot". I'm excited about two things:
1. I love this shawl- its so warm and fuzzy, perfect for winter.
2. I actually finished a knitting project in less than several months. I'm so happy to have a finished project! Now I just need to decide what to do next... :)

And my darling brought me these. "Just because"... What a sweetie pie.

It's so pretty! Oh-so cuddly and soft and pink and perfect for winter! I've had a shawl on the knitting needles for...well, I've actually forgotten how long it's been.

I LOVE your shirt. Do you mind sharing what brand it is and where you got it?

And like everyone else, I LOVE your shawl, and it makes me want to make one... in fact, I have the pattern picked out. ;) What'd you wear it to?

Thanks so much for the sweet comments! Tilly, the skirt is some sort of black silk :) I think :)
And Serena, I bought the shirt at Ann Taylor on their "end of season clearance", so it ended up being about 5$! I just love those sales...
Rachel, I wore it to my great aunt and uncle's 50th wedding anniversary party! It was so much fun looking at all the pictures of their wedding there- I loved the dresses.
